Sunday was almost the same as Saturday. I woke up and made an everything bagel, but this time I did it right and it tasted good. I also drank a glass of juice, just so I would get a LITTLE bit of fruits and veggies in me. (I also did that on Saturday and forgot to write it. I think I also forgot to mention the glass of milk I had).
Took a taxi to Red Cross and immediately had a coffee when I got there. In the name of science I had about five cups between then and 1PM. It did not seem to affect me. I still felt tired all evening. For lunch I had brought a tuna sandwich and honey roasted peanuts again. I also forced down a V8 V-Go shot of vegetable juice. It was pretty wretched, but I did it! Also I got my CPR/SFA card.
When I got home in the evening I made myself some PB&Nutella toast and plain tea. A bit later I made some green tea and finished the Guylian chocolates. Oops. Even later I had a bowl of Corn Bran Squares Cereal with icy milk chunks. And I think that's everything. Also some water throughout the day. I try to drink as much water as possible every day but I'm not very good at it.
